1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

[Your App Name] provides AI-powered file analysis. You upload files and prompts; our AI models analyze and return results. Service limited to analysis only.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Using our Service constitutes acceptance. You must be 18+ or have legal authority.

3. USER CONTENT & IP OWNERSHIP

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of uploaded files and prompts. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:
- Store files temporarily (30 days max)
- Process with AI models to deliver service
- Use metadata (file size, tokens) for analytics

3.2 Our Content

AI outputs provided "as-is". You may use freely for internal business purposes.

3.3 Your Warranties

You represent uploaded files:
- Do not infringe third-party IP rights
- Are not illegal/harmful
- You have authority to upload/process

You indemnify us against IP claims from your uploads.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

See separate section below. Violations result in immediate suspension.

5. AI LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER

See separate AI Disclaimer below. CRITICAL: Do not rely on outputs without verification.

6. PAYMENT & BILLING

• Billed [monthly/annually] via Stripe
• No refunds for partial periods
• Overdue accounts suspended after 7 days

7. TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
• We may suspend/terminate for violations immediately
• Upon termination: files deleted within 30 days

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No liability for AI output accuracy
• No indirect/consequential damages
• Liability capped at amounts paid in prior 12 months
• Exceptions: gross negligence, confidentiality breach, LGPD violations
